- What payment types do you accept ?
We accept PayPal, Cash app, Apple pay, Gift card and Bitcoin - When will my order ship ?
We try to ship all in stock orders within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Weekend orders will not be shipped until Monday. If for some reason your item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail . - When will I receive my order ?
Depending on your location you should receive most orders within 2-3 days. Some items are shipped separately and may not arrive at the same time. On occasion Items may be out of stock but are usually re-stocked within 2-3 days - Can I get my items sooner?
We will be happy to accommodate any request for expedited shipping (next day air, 2nd day air, etc.). Additional charges will apply. Please contact us in the contact page - Do you e-mail tracking numbers ?
Tracking numbers are e-mailed when UPS process the shipment. Many times packages are shipped from alternate warehouses and the tracking number will not be emailed. If you have not received a tracking number you can contact us in the contact page and we will obtain it for you. - Back ordered products
If any item that you’ve ordered is not available and on back order, we will notify you by email and give the option to either choose a comparable product, wait for the item to become available, of cancel the item and receive a full refund. We keep back orders for 10 days. If the item is still not available after 10 days, the item will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
- Do you accept returns ?
All of the products that are sold by UTV Extreme are top quality, however if for some reason you are not happy with the products you purchase you can return them within Thirty days for a full refund (return shipping is at the customer’s expense). In certain circumstances a re-stocking fee may apply. Installed items are not returnable. Windshields are not returnable once the protective sheeting has been removed. Note: There are no returns on special ordered items. - Do you ship Internationally
Yes. Please fill out our overseas shipping request form and we will contact you with a shipping quote ASAP. - Free shipping policy
Free shipping applies to most orders totaling over $99. Free shipping applies only to the lower 48 US states and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Customer are responsible for shipping charges on all returns or exchanges.Most over sized items will be charged a flat rate shipping fee. - Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but many times the shipping calculator is incorrect and the charges are more than calculated. In this event we will contact you with the actual shipping before we proceed with the order. We reserve the right to cancel the order if shipping cannot be agreed upon. - Pricing
In the event of a pricing error on our Site, We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing errors and refund the payment.

2020 Can-Am Commander I would highly recommend UTV Extreme. I had my KFI snowplow shipped to my business instead of my cabin, and within minutes, UTV Extreme called to verify I had made the purchase. After verifying that I had purchased in good faith, the representative reviewed my order, asked a few questions about lift kits etc, and was pleasant throughout the conversation. The kit was delivered promptly and in undamaged boxes.
